Seven stages, with clear milestones.

OEM projects can usually skip design and some validation stages; ODM projects follow the full process. Lead time and MOQ are set per project during solution assessment.

  1. Requirements

    Define the use case, target market, expected volume and software needs, and sign an NDA.

  2. Proposal & quote

    We deliver the hardware plan, software package, certification list, project schedule and quote.

  3. Design & prototyping

    Industrial, mechanical and electronic design, and the first engineering prototypes (EVT).

  4. Design validation

    Acoustics, battery life, reliability and protocol conformance testing (DVT).

  5. Certification

    Wireless, battery and safety certifications for your target markets.

  6. Pilot run

    Small-batch pilot production (PVT) to confirm yield, packaging and factory software configuration.

  7. Mass production & support

    Volume delivery, with ongoing firmware OTA and software service support.
